A 19-year-old New York University student took his own life in his dorm room, authorities said yesterday. Pranay Angara is the second student this year to kill himself at NYU, which experienced six student suicides in 2003 and 2004. Angara, a sophomore, was found Friday night with a plastic bag over his head in his bedroom at NYU’s dorm at 200. .
